Our product transfer process is quick and easy - you'll also earn a procuration fee for completeing one for your clients! Just follow the three steps below... |

Step 1Download and complete the third party authority form, then return it to mortgages@bucksbs.co.uk so we can discuss your clients mortgage with you. Step 2Our mortgage team will email across the available product options along with relevant ESIS and product switch forms. Once you've discussed these with your clients and agreed a way forward, return the signed paperwork back to us: mortgages@bucksbs.co.uk Step 3We will process the paperwork and complete the product switch as requested. Once this is done, we will write to yourself and the mortgage holder confirming this has been completed, along with the new contractual monthly payment amount. We will then pay your procuration fee via your usual payment route. Useful Downloads |
